Wellington Bike Life profiles people who ride bikes in Wellington. Today we meet Murray Robinson, 79.

Murray says, "I bike along here (Oriental Parade) and there's one main reason is that this bike lane is here.

It means I can bike from Rongotai to central Wellington without seriously getting involved with crossing traffic and all that bloody rubbish so that's what I do.

I'm 79 and I intend to carry on biking and I just want you to improve cycling for people like me 79 year olds to get to this state all over the city."
