Mark's family now only has one car and they do most things on a bicycle. 
"Everything from shopping to carrying the ladders, doing home improvements and things like that."
"My favorite part of biking is going with these little guys Margot and Alfie who love to ride down the hill we live at the top of.
"You soon lose patience for cars. You can go anywhere from home. It takes me about twice as long to drive and then finding a park adds however long."
He says it would be great to see more bike lanes.
"It's such a wonderful way to see the city."
